Nothing especially remarkable about either of these...just playing with Photoforge 2 and artista oil. The colours and the textures appeal to me.

An exercise in patience...

No idea if this will work or not...never mailed a PDF to Posterous before.
A short tutorial about an image I created today whilst waiting for a hideously long amount of time for pre-op checks to be done. Not sure they could start a fire in a match factory. Doesn't fill one with confidence...but as usual I digress.
My first tutorial. Is it detailed enough? Does it make sense? Can you follow it and if so - did it work? If anyone out there does try this at home, I'd love to see the result :)

A mini challenge over on the iPhone Art site, to take a photo at 12 noon on the 12th June.

I was in the bathroom...washing the pot plant that lives on the windowsill when my phone alarm went off. So, here's a picture of part of the plant.

I've not much idea of what the image began as anymore. It may have been the bottom of that plastic bottle. Wordfoto is in there somewhere or may be it was just percolator then shock my pic...I have a vague idea that Tiny Planet must figure somewhere along the way too, but sometimes I get a little too engrossed to pay attention.

I have FINALLY heard from the hospital and my surgery is scheduled for Wednesday 22nd June. Have no idea how long I'll be 'away' from Twitter etc. I'll let @artbymimulux know how I am when I can and hopefully she can post an update on my Facebook wall for those that want to know.
